Vice President Corporate Relations

As the Vice President of Corporate Relations, I am responsible for building and maintaining connections between the university’s engineering society, alumni, and various corporations. My role includes seeking both financial and non-financial sponsorships to support our organization and assisting any team within the engineering society that requires external partnerships, whether for funding or collaborative opportunities. A significant part of my job is to establish and nurture partnerships with internal and external sponsors. I also facilitate industry networking for engineering students, supporting initiatives like career fairs, co-op programs, and internships. Additionally, I organize events, including guest speaker sessions for each engineering discipline, and manage a comprehensive database of sponsorships and contacts. Lastly, I address student groups’ sponsorship concerns, ensuring they have the corporate support necessary for their initiatives.
