Fundraising for SickKids

The reason we keep going. Donate what you can to the SickKids Foundation.

This year to celebrate our return to campus, we are joining the SickKids Foundation in being a light in their fight against darkness.

During the 24 hour push, beacons of light will shine across the city in collaboration with us and our goal to light up the night.

The Metropolitan Undergraduate Engineering Society will donate $10 to the SickKids Foundation for every lap around the Kerr Hall Quad. We pledge to donate up to $5000.

Opportunities for community members to donate will be available online and around campus leading up to the event.

Celebrating 20 Amazing Years!

For the past 20 years, the Ryerson Engineering community has pushed numerous Volkswagon Beetles around the Kerr Hall Quad to raise donations for charitable organizations. This event has been showcased nationwide by news outlets, political representatives, special guests, and through a first of it’s kind social media campaign. This year we are inviting the entire University community to help push as we celebrate our 20th anniversary.

In order to support the SickKids Foundation, we require aid from companies, organizations, and individuals who share the same desire for every child to shine bright.

Our collective efforts will not only ensure that this event is a fundraising success, it will also make a real difference in the lives of children today and of the future.

We invite you to contact our team to see how you can hold a special part in our history making event!
